ENVY — Right of Withdrawal

1. Overview
Depending on your location and the nature of your purchase, you may have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within a specified period.
For qualifying UK consumer purchases, this period is generally 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions and requirements.
2. Immediate Digital Content
Where ENVY supplies digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins if, before supply begins:
- You expressly consent to the digital content being supplied during the cancellation period.
- You acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins.
- Any other applicable legal requirements, including required confirmation, are satisfied.
Simply purchasing digital content or reading an “all sales final” notice does not, by itself, necessarily remove a statutory cancellation right.
3. Digital Services
Different cancellation rules may apply to services rather than digital content.
Where relevant, any right to cancel, obligations relating to services already performed, and applicable exceptions will be handled according to law.
4. How to Exercise a Cancellation Right
Where you have a valid cancellation right, contact ENVY using the support options at https://envycod.com.
Include your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You may use the following wording:
“I hereby give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for the following order: [ORDER REFERENCE].”
5. Refunds Following a Valid Cancellation
Where cancellation is legally valid, ENVY will provide any refund required by applicable law using an appropriate payment method and within the applicable legal timeframe.
6. Faulty Digital Products
Cancellation rights are separate from statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital products.
Nothing in this policy removes those rights.
7. International Customers
Customers outside the United Kingdom may have additional or different mandatory cancellation rights under applicable local laws.
